Gua Sha Tools - The key to using Gua Sha for Lipedema is to focus on gentle lymphatic drainage rather than deep, forceful massage. Forceful scraping can be painful and counterproductive for the sensitive tissue associated with Lipedema. The best tools will be specifically designed for this purpose.

For Lipedema, a larger, uniquely shaped tool is often more effective for covering the broad areas of the legs and hips. The goal is to facilitate lymphatic drainage by moving fluid toward the lymph nodes.
